Ok I've checked this some more on another pc and was able to recreate the same problem. I was able to solve the problem by removing the device, uninstalling the card and removing all registry settings relating to the driver was able to get the card driver to reinstall correctly. Now the card seems to work but unfortunately isn't able to detect any wireless networks although it is right beside one.

I assume this means the card is faulty.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

Iäm using windows xp sp3 and tried to install your BRT-700G pci wireless card. The card was detected and I installed the drivers from the cd.

It shows up as a marvell libertas 8335 in the device driver but I get the error message device can not be started in the device manager (Error Code 10).

I checked this website to see if newer drivers were available but onlz found a link to a wireless networking tool Railink on the 700G where the link to the ftp server with the drivers was given. It may be that the drivers are included here but it hasnät fixed my issue.

Iäve tried restarting my machine several times and also removing and readding the card in device manager.

Any help would be appreciated as otherwise I will have to return the card.

Kind Regards,
